1 C. oatmeal
1/2 C. flax meal
1/2 C. grape nut cereal
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 beaten egg or (2 egg whites)
1/4 C. applesauce
1/4 C. honey
3 Tablespoon splenda brown sugar blend
1 small banana
1/4 C. unsalted sunflower seeds
1/4 C. walnuts
7 oz. chopped prunes
Oven 325: 30 minutes: 9"square pan, sprayed:
Mix the dry ingredients: Mix the wet ingredients: Add seeds, nuts and prunes.
Bake 30 minutes or until firm: Let cool: Cut into 12 pieces:
Store in Refrigerator:

Sorry I guess I was only suppose to use Apples or Pears.
I think one could use them in place of prunes.
