Take one pound of 80% fat free ground turkey breast. Add one pound of ground, portabella mushrooms, 1/2 of medium onion, diced, one half of a red or green bell pepper, diced, pepper to taste and one raw egg to make it hold together. Form patties and either fry in a tiny bit of olive oil or grill on indoor grill. It does not hold together well enough to cook on an outdoor grill.
