1 (12 oz) bag cranberries (~3 1/2 c)
2 apples
1 orange
1 c raisins

Pick over cranberries; remove any stems. Quarter and peel orange; save 1/2 peel. Quarter and core the apples, feed all ingredients through a food grinder/processor. Mix thoroughly. Refrigerate one or two days before serving. Can be made sweeter by adding an additional orange. (It is rather tart.)

My mother used to make this every year but added 1 cup of walnuts instead of the raisins. The only thing wrong with it was she never made enough of it. Delicious!
