Heart hurts when I lay down???

Why does my heart hurt when I lay on my left side? It feels like pressure is being applied, but only under the left breast, while laying on my left side? CABG X 4 on 10-11-09 and stent on 12-16-09, sternum still hurts really bad also? And, no, I am not overdoing it, haven't really had the chance. No lifting and no treadmill for a week due to the new heart attack. I was experiencing this same problem before the second attack but it seemed to be getting a little less painful. Its not the arteries growing, I know that feeling, it feels like someone is shoving a tennis ball into my heart. After I sit up for a few minutes, it goes away but there is still a little pain under the left breast? Why is that?
