I was just released from the hospital yesterday with this device.
Since putting it on my anxiety had gone to a point that I had to take it off.
I was just wondering if enyone else has experenced anything like this and how to deal with it.
At this point I will not put it back on.

These types of devices can serve a purpose, but I can understand how they might also provoke some anxiety in some people.

Please speak with your doctors to find another alternative. They might also be able to prescribe a medication to help you with your anxiety.
