I read an article about how the Finish government was able to reverse that country's heart disease epidemic by 75%.

Heart Disease Death's Plunge 75%

It got me thinking about our own culture, and all the junk in our diet. As a community we need to do something! What can we do?!?

First, improve your diet.

Second, talk to other people about it, suggest they also start on a healthier diet. If you are also doing it, it won't seem so foreign.

Two guys I eat lunch with now have salads more often. One walks in the afternoon. Another has diabetes, and we walk every morning.

Spread the word. Encourage others directly.
