Absolutely.
That was my symptoms. SOB on exertion. In my case it was carrying a few tools up stairs.
The cause was a blockage in the left main that while the heart got enough blood at rest and low activity levels. It was limited under load and could not work hard enough to pump enough blood to carry the oxygen to the rest of the body.
But there are other kinds of heart problems (and lung problems) that could be causing this.
Time to get it checked out.
