Upper Left Bruised Heart Pain

I am a middle aged woman who has been experiencing chest pain on my left side, just above breast, that feels like a deep bruise. It has been off and on in terms of level of soreness for the past 4-5 months. Lately if I bend down to pick up something it hurts. I also have consistently been feeling light congestion, like a sinus draining consistently for months. I had a heart scan done last year that came out very well, 96% percentile for health. In general feeling congested for months, never severe, just enough to be noticeable, with the bruised heart feeling. A few times briefly this was accompanied by breast pain, not lasting more than a day, each time.
