Infection from pacemaker??? Please help.

I have red blotches with hard lumps around the incision site. They are very painful and red. I also have a giant lump that's red at the site where they took blood at my one week follow up. Didn't have the redness and bumps. I've had a low grade fever since the actual day of surgery. I have pictures. Someone help me!
