    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

    Hello Doctors,

I'm a thoracic aortic dissection survivor , by emergency surgery, they also replaced my aortic valve.
Since my surgery, I have lost 30 lbs, I'm almost down to my high school weight. I'm 5 ft 10 and 175 lbs. Blood pressure is perfect now and also my cholesterol.

I walk on my trend mill for a hour or more everyday at a pace of 3.5 to 4 miles per hour. I do have some nerve damage on the outside of my legs, which causes numbness and sharp pain off and on.Due to my spine not getting oxygen for a short period of time.

I have some nights were I can not sleep at all, ether from pain in my legs or just good old restlessness.(I'm taking gabapentin).

What can i take on those nights to help aid in my sleep!
    A.) The new NyQuil ZZZZ
    B.) Benadryl
    C.) ?????
