Chest Pain Above Left Breast for 5 weeks
    TatSal posted:
Greetings! I am a 47 yr. old female, overweight, recently prescribed metoprolol ER 100 mg (previously took Atenolol); setraline 100 mg and levothyroxine 125 mcg. I am now having chest pains above the left breast area. I do not have headaches or dizziness, but have been very tired and lack energy. My heart rate is usually around 58 to 60.

I'm a little nervous that something may be wrong with my heart, or muscles around the heart - or possibly my left lung?

    Any suggestions would be helpful.
