I am a 28 age old mail with no bad habits. My issue is my resting pulse rate is always in 90+. I am not taking any medicine, Caffeine, Cock or anything harm to health. recently l consulted a cardiologist, and he prescribed for TMT & Echo cardiogram test. But everything diagnosed normal. I also had a mild pain on my upper chest(left) area. When i press on that area it feels like a muscle pain. I used to jog alternative days for about 7 Kms. And didn't feel any discomfort while running. I don't know whether it is related, some times i am getting a fluttering on my head just above my left year. Now my major concern is my marriage is fixed on next month, I am really afraid about these symptoms and feels mentally down. Can you please diagnose the actual issue that i have. Or what is the next step i need to take.

Hi:

PLEASE NOTE, WebMD/WebMD forums DOES NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

In general-only here, normal resting range heart/pulse rate in adults is 60-100 beats per minute (BPM). Average resting heart/pulse rate in men is 72-78 BPM and in women is 78-84 BPM. Over 100 BPM is tachycardia (fast heartbeat).

A resting heart/pulse rate of 90 plus is typically not deleterious/harmful to the heart.

"l consulted a cardiologist, and he prescribed for TMT & Echocardiogram test. But everything diagnosed normal."

"I am really afraid about these symptoms......"

Well, do keep pursuing this particular matter (seeing as many doctors as necessary) until you are 100% completely satisfied/confident with the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis.

Take care,
