Does anyone know if it's okay to use AlsoSalt? I'm a CHF patient and I've been told not to use Salt Substitutes, but this on is new. Let me know, thanks!

AlsoSalt contains potassium (as opposed to sodium) - it is important to let your doctor know that you are using a condiment wtih potassium, in case you are taking other potassium supplements, have kidney problems, or take other medications that may be increasing your potassium.
