Tonight I don,tknow if itsfromeating late tonight but when I was at the drive-in with my fiance first I had pain when i was breathing that last a few sec. then been and still have pain in my right arm and then paininmy chest is all that signs of a heart attacki,ve had faluse alarms befor and i have a heart mummor plus high chol.

While right arm pain involvement is typically not reported during a heart attack, anything is possible.
Additionally, of the different types/kinds of heart conditions, various symptoms may/can be acute (occurring suddenly), be chronic (occurring over a long period of time), come and go (be transient, fleeting or episodic), or even be silent.
Medical rule of thumb, report ANY bothersome, concerning, troublesome, worrisome, worsening or new symptom(s) to a/your doctor promptly.

Making an accurate diagnosis of heart disease in women is often more challenging than it is in men.

During actual heart attacks, symptoms reported in females, in descending order were dyspnea, weakness, unusual fatigue, cold sweat, dizziness, nausea and weak/heavy arms.
