    These studies are always interesting. But the challenge is how to translate them into real world applications. Unfortunately, it's very expensive to do a large scale research study to prove the clinical benefit of a particular food or vitamin - that's why so many studies are done retrospectively, or people draw conclusions based upon lab testing like this. So it's important to interpret these findings with an open mind and proper perspective. In any case, they taste good...!
