I've been doing very well, though getting tempted and succumbing some to skipping a day or two or three a week. Not good. I really do feel best on daily exercise. I'm sure of it based on how great I feel when I do it, and the fact I just don't feel as young and sporty if I slack off for a couple weeks.

I've got a strained tendon and tricep in my right arm. Been slow to heal for a month already, re-injured it last week. My first injury in rehab, now closing in on the 5 year anniversary. Strained it doing a 60 lb standing row followed by military press. I was ok at 40# and 50#, should not have done 60#. Felt only fatigue with 7 reps, but pain and injury the next day. Ooops. I need to go back to weights limited by what I can do at least 15 times, once its healed. That motion now is painful with my hands empty.

Got an anti-inflamatory prescription yesterday. Hurts more from little things, so I really have to baby the arm.

Using heat and ice alternating a few times a day, and have anti-inflamatory. Its finally getting better, maybe 50% so far.
