Should I believe hospital or health clinic

Not sure if I am posting this in the right place. I was released from a four day stay at the hospital last week. Had all sorts of heart tests done, a stress test done with the treadmill, and was told I would be going in the next day for surgery. They performed the "fish" procedure and sent me home after a couple hours. Diagnosed with angina (that is what my release papers say). I needed a note to return to work so I had to go to the health department today. They did no tests at all..no paperwork because I had to fill out the sheet to have my medical records from the hospital faxed over after I left..The doctor came in looked at me and said you smoke. You don't have angina like they said you have asthma and sent me home with two inhalers with an appt. to go back in a month. Now who do I believe? I am so confused right now and not sure what to do

The doctor at the health clinic sounds cynical and cruel.

A treadmill test won't reveal blockages, though it may show where poor circulation is present, which could be blockages.

Angina is strong chest pain.

You SHOULD stop smoking, and be eastign more pomegranates and juice, other red and purple fruits, drink green tea.

I wonder if you'll reply ,or if you are in for surgery.
