I played in a pick-up basketball game Sunday. Skills not great, but fitness pretty good.

After warm-ups, I played two games, about 40 minutes total. My heart rate hit 170 early, then cruised up to 182 and leveled off there for 30 minutes. No tiredness until the end, no shortness of breath, no chest pain of any kind.

Neck is very stiff, a touch soar in inner thigh muscles and lower back. Will need at least a week to recover well.

Meanwhile, walking once or twice everyday, sometimes three times.

Once or twice a week over to a school or park to shoot baskets after work. Also once or twice to archery range.

And still working full-time.
