Walking as exercise

I've been walking with a 64 year old co-worker.

Four months ago, he could walk around the building at work once, slowly, and complained his legs hurt, and he was tired.

He is now up to four times around the building, at a faster pace, is not tired from the walk, and his legs no longer hurt. He thinks he's feeling better !

Its not where you start. Just do what you can, and little by little you'll feel better, feel more energy return, and be happier, too.
