Let's see. I bowled last Wednesday, and last night. Wednesday, did ok, 138 average. Last night, 112 average. Tired from 90 minutes of volleyball.

Hilly walk Thursday evening for 45 minutes, carrying 12 lbs. Light load, hardly noticed it.

Saturday, archery, and a short workout on a rowing machine.

Will row today, but will just do technique, have an easy row of it.

I might walk a little, just because its good for circulation, healing.

Tuesday, walk only.
