Ok. I think I had a very good week.

After rowing last Sunday, and my heart rate monitor /workout planner (Suunto T4d) registering a 5.0 workout and scheduling me for NOTHING for 5 days, I rested mostly just light walking, for three days.

Then 70 minutes volleyball Thursday, Training Effect of 4.3
Bowled three games Friday night (128, 146, 189, my new high game and three game set)
Archery Saturday morning
Rowed again Sunday morning, Training Effect of 3.4 in 60 minutes
Volleyball again Sunday afternoon, Training Effect of 4.1 in 90 minutes

My heart rate is adapting to volleyball with its standing and adrenaline action. The first two times I played, it hit a training effect of 5.0 each time. These two times it stayed in 145 - 160 range, rather than 155-170 range.
