I'll try posting some activity in journal form.

Last week I overdid some short intervals on the rowing machine on Wednesday, which limited what I could do from Thursday to Sunday. Did not expect that. I usually don't try that, and probably won't again until I forget I did it this time, or get over-confident.

Sunday, May 16, I spent about 90 minutes cutting out and chopping up about 15 feet of rosemary to change part of the garden.

Monday, May 17, walked 15 minutes in the morning at work, then another 37 minutes in the evening on a treadmill. Max heart rate of 105, avg of 95, felt tired the whole time. Blood pressure was up most of the day, which wears me out.

Tuesday, May 18, walked 15 minutes in the afternoon at work, then shot baskets in the driveway for 40 minutes. Max heart rate of 147, avg of 127. Better shooting than in quite a while. Felt much better than the night before on the treadmill. Good actually. Plus the driveway is on an incline of about 12%. So a good workout, felt refreshed. The good shooting made it more fun, too. Quite a few runs of 3 and 4 baskets made, both banks and at the net, fewer sets of misses.
