a little Basketball

Played basketball two weeks ago, and again yesterday for about an hour.

Not too intense, but I was getting tired, which goes against my own directive, to not get tired. I slacked off some more often, hanging back on defense more often. Plus there were some young sharpshooters on my team, so less need to play both ends.

But I do get a little sore. Seem mainly my low back on the sides, from leaning and bending. That tells me that needs more work.

And yesterday's basketball ? More tired after exercise than I can remember in a long time. Definitely fatigued. So today is a rest day, or no more than very light recovery exercise.
