    The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

    Go to the McDougall site. Click on the discussion board at the top of the page. Go to the food and recipe section and click on. On about the second page there is a contribution by chef AJ the date of which is Feb. 4. I think it is titled something like Another tasty recipe from the chef and the dietition and the Author is AJ
