Hi Twin,

Thanks for the excellent reference. It shows that, among 32,561 Swedish women, followed for nearly 10 years, those who ate the most veggies (by food questionaire) had 20% fewer heart attacks, compared to those who ate the least veggies. But the most veggies was 7 servings, and the least veggies was 2.4 servings a day.

What would happen for people who followed the Eat To Live program, who ate only healthful foods, got lots of sleep, exercise, etc?
