Hello, I'm looking for a hands-on, fat-free, vegetarian cooking class this summer (anywhere from June 15-Aug 20), that would help me get back in the swing of the Ornish/Pritikin/Furman/Esselstyn lifestyle. Pritikin offers a yearly cooking school in early June, but unfortunately I don't finish teaching school until June 13. I am looking for something similar. Does anybody know of another cooking course I might take? Thanks — July31
