    7 Super Foods
    EngineerGuy posted:
    Hi folks,

    From the Fuhrman website

Top Seven Foods for Good Health and Longevity

    Black raspberries
    Flax Seeds
    Green Leafy Vegetables
    Broccoli sprouts

This in no way conflicts with the pomegranate and associated foods that DMW discusses. Fuhrman absolutely agrees with and promotes the great benefit of pomegranate.

The point is that each food has unique nutrients and benefits. There are some foods that are worth including frequently. A wide range of foods is very valuable.

I have to add broccoli sprouts to my program. I bought a small sprouter. I understand stuff sprouts easily. Only a few ounces daily is excellent. Some people have gone to a diet centered on sprouts, and that is too much.

    Best regards, EngineerGuy
