    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Am I at risk?

Today I was over my friend house. She was eating candy and I got some from the bag she was eating from. My concern is that what if she went to the bathroom and didn't wash her hands and touched the candy that I ate. Also she has a son and changes his diaper and now I'm worried if he has the virus and they don't know. I asked if she washed her hands and she said yes but I'm not so sure if she is telling the truth. Now I'm afraid that I have the virus. My nurse practitioner already thinks I have anxiety and won't understand why I'm asking for a hepatitis test. What should I do?

Also, I'm now thinking what if she had blood on her hands and just wiped it off instead of washing them.
