People that have Hep C antibodies

If someone doesn't have Hep C but is positive for the antibodies, are can they spread the disease?

I CLEARED IN 2000 AFTER 48 WEEKS OF TX. I STILL TREAT MY BLOOD AS IF SOMEONE COULD GET HEP FROM ME AND I ALWAYS WILL BE THIS WAY.
