UNDETERMINED genome type of HepC

Last two blood tests to establish HepC genome type came back UNDETERMINED. What does this mean? Am I alone?

WHEN I TREATED THEY HAD JUST STARTED TO DO GENOTYPES SO I NEVER KNEW MINE. I DID 48 WEEKS OF THE OLD TX AND STILL CLEARED....

SORRY I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT IT MEANS NOW. I TREATED 48 WEEKS BECAUSE LIVER IS STAGE 4.
