Things About You Thursday - Happiness

Sometimes, on a medical forum like ours, it is easy to focus on the condition a community is facing and miss out on the real person behind the health issues.

These posts are to help all of us get to know our fellow community members better and remind us that we all have regular lives offline, too. Sure, we could talk about the weather or the latest sports game, but that's still making small talk...let's get to know you and who YOU are by making you think a little. :)

So, here's my thought provoking question for this week:

"If happiness was the national currency, what kind of work would make you rich?"

Things that make you go, hmmm....hmm? Can't wait to hear what kind of occupation you would all pick! Share with us below and don't forget to come back and see what others shared. :)

And we love YOU, Tiff!!

It our wages, food, and all possessions were paid for with moments of happiness...

I suppose the one that would get rich would be the one that knew how to bring the most happiness or take away the most sadness.

So, paying it forward would be the best way to be rich in happiness, just as Tiff said.

Of course, even without us naming happiness as our national currency, the same holds true. We will always find more happiness, more joy, and more satisfaction in helping others than in helping ourselves. And when we do, it just brings someone around to do the same for us so we end up being double-dosed with the happy bug! (Law of attraction and gratitude)
