I realize that a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, but please indulge me for a moment. I am wondering if anyone knows of any research being conducted on treating HCV using telaprevir triple therapy in combination with the cholesterol lowering drug Ezetimibe, which I understand targets the NPC1L1 receptor recently identified as the entry point for HCV in liver cells.
