Had a bisexual experience with another male.....and I hope this is a stupid question....but are there any risk involved when simply masturbating each other (hands only) even if there may have been precum on our hands before beginning....??....I seem to stay confused on this matter.....I guess...I'm simply asking....are there any health risk any shape form or two guys simply stroking each other off...

No. Masturbation, assuming no open bleeding wounds or sore anywhere on your hands or genitals, is not a risk for HIV.
