Mouth infection/ worried

Okay so i gaved oral to a friend who i think might of been hiv+ and im worried i could of recieved hiv, which worries me and it's been a month now. I do have little granules on my soft palate and also clear bubbles "small" in my throat which i noticed like the 1st week i gaved oral to my friend, but then again i have sinusitis. I would gladly appreciate if i could get your feedback on this . Thank you.

The estimated risk of HIV from unprotected oral sex is .5 to 1 per 10,000 exposures with a source KNOWN to carry the virus.

Your risk would be less since you cannot confirm your partners status.
