Touching fears -- plssss help
An_250147 posted:
Consider I am walking in a mall/street and if I touch a females intimate body parts and come in contact with her bodily fluids, am I at any risk of contracting the disease? (Consider I rubbed my eyes or picked my nose after that)

I often feel I've touched the body parts and now I'll get infected if I come in contact with their bodily fluids. Moreover, since they are unknown people, I don't know if I can get infected or not. Is there a possibility of getting infected in the manner I've described?

Ultimately, I end up taking a shower or washing my hands in fear that if the bodily fluid was infected, I must wash it away.

Please explain. Your response will help me a lot!!
Many thanks...

Do you normally walk around in malls and on the street touching females intimate body parts? If so, it's a wonder you're not sitting in jail somewhere for doing so.

While this is not a risk for HIV transmission, if you are engaging in this behavior, I'd encourage you to stop it before you end up arrested for doing so.

There are support groups for people with extreme germ phobias, but like Gail said you are touching people's intimate areas in public, you will be arrested or beat up....
