The estimated risk from unprotected oral sex (both giving and receiving) with a positive partner is .5 to 1 per 10,000 exposures; this assumes the act is carried to completion (i.e., in the case of a male, ejaculation would occur).

Since it did not, the risk would even be less than above.

This is an extremely, EXTREMELY low risk. If you remain concerned, get tested at the 90 day mark.
