    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

I don't know why but as I was watching tv in my room I picked up a nail I kept poking it in my back thigh just out of boredom. All of a sudden I started thinking what if there was hiv fluid on it. I don't know why I thought that but I'm assuming that since the nail was in my room it's been there for quite some time and why would there be hiv fluid on it. Also, even if it did leave red marks on my thigh it wasn't bleeding. Please tell me I'm being paranoid.

Self harm is a mental problem. It gets worse over time. I bet your feeling blue, or stressed. might be a good idea to get a tetnus shot. DOES DOING THINGS LIKE THIS MAKE YOU FEL BETTER? Maybe a non harmful way, to get the same result. exercise a sport, video games. If you keep doing self harm, get help. Many people do this for a period of time in their lives, from cutting to drinking to much. it not what you do it why you do it that u need to find out and then work on.
