HIV1 DNA PCR and Antibody test Accuracy

I gave blood for these two test 22 days after incident. How accurate are the results of these tests after 22 days? The company claims 98% accuracy. I hope that is the case as I have been mentally a wreck thinking the worse and self diagnosing ARS symptwms since the incident.

Any feedback is appreciated. Thank you!

Assuming the lab you used knew how to run the DNA PCR test, the results from this test are accurate.

The antibody test cannot be considered 100 percent accurate at 22 days after a potential exposure. The estimate is that 95 percent of newly infected folks will have enough antibodies by one month (actually 25 days) post transmission to show a "reactive" (i.e., positive) antibody test result. Close but no 100 percent banana.
