HIV screening tests check for antibodies the immune system begins to produce after transmission has taken place.

By three months post transmission, 99.99 percent of newly infected folks will have a "reactive" (i.e., positive) test result.

"Non-reactive" means the same as negative. No antibodies were found in your blood. This means you are HIV negative. There is not a chance in heck that whatever happened in 2002 left you HIV positive. You can certainly stop testing over this 2002 event.
