Test at 22 days ( negative result ); now 6 weeks after incident and worried

I gave blood at 22 days after incident for a PCR DNA test. The company claims 98% accuracy after 21 days. Is this possible? I hope that is the case as I now have a non itchy rash (or redness)on my neck and upper chest and am worried sick.

It is now a full 6 weeks after incident. I feel like I have had the rash for 3 to 4 weeks, with the worst in the past few days. My mouth is also itchy.

Is there a test I could take confidently now or do I have to wait for the normal 3 month test?

Thank you!

I'm going to assume that the lab associated with this company knows how to run this test (it is more difficult than the standard antibody screening tests).

If so, the results are quite accurate.
