hello today as I went to a boxing gym were I train I shook my trainers hand and immediately after this incident as I was putting my hand wraps on I picked my nose mostly on the outside with my thumb, my question is if there were body fluids on his hand and I touched them and immediately put my hand on my nose would there be a risk, as of what I remember I really don't recall feeling like there were body fluids? am I at risk of hiv?

There were no bodily fluids on your hands, you have not indicated your trainer is HIV positive and simply picking your nose (while a rather gross habit) is not a risk for HIV transmission.
