My BP is 139/63 and pulse rate is 61. Do I have something to be concerned about?

Ideal BP is 115/75.

A top number of between 120-139 is call pre-hypertensive.

Not high enough to treat with meds, but high enough that you want to monitor it.

And, in many causes, the BP can be lowered by lifestyle changes.

That is losing weight, if needed.

Increasing both aerobic and resistance exercises.

And eating healthy including reducing the salt intake.
