    Did I take my meds?
    PAWSitively_smitten posted:
I have had a horrible time lately in regards to remembering to take my meds. Especially now since they changed me from ER to taking one twice a day. I've not had problems with accidently missing one, but I think I may have accidently doubled up this morning. What effects should I watch out for if I doubled up on metoprolol and lisinopril/HCTZ? Should I be concerned?
    billh99 responded:
I depends on what your dosages are and other medical conditions.

You should call your doctors office and ask to speak with his nurse and ask their advice.

In general might be high headed or even prone to fainting. I would not do anything "dangerous" or even drive until you know how it effects you.

    Your pharmacist can also help.

You might want to get a pill organizer. They are cheap.

    PAWSitively_smitten replied to billh99's response:
The metoprolol is 25 mg per dose, lisinopril/HCTZ is 20/25 mg. Unfortunately being unemployed and uninsured does not give me access to a doctors office...I had to go to a free clinic to keep my BP meds going. But I will check with the pharmacist. Thank you. So far I am not experiencing any "differences" thank heaven so I must not have doubled up. I have been thinking about a pill organizer.
