my bp was ALWAYS lower ranged, like 102/70 but now i have been dizzy, tingling lips and last 2 bp checks were 108/92. i do not have insurance so please dont tell me to see a doc. i eat well, work out daily, do not smoke, drink moderate, and do not care for salt. can i do anything else to bring it down? thanks for any assistance

Have you checked with state or local programs about medical insurance? You might be able to visit a free clinic to discuss your high blood pressure with a doctor.
