Most case of high BP is of unknown causes.

Some people can get off of BP meds if they adopt a healthy lifestyle.

That includes a healthy diet, losing weight-if needed, and increasing exercise.

did lose 20lbs and was hoping that if i lost mayb 10 more lbs that mayb just mayb it would go down...its nice to know that it is possible....now just to lose alittle more...besides i probably need to...lol...thank you for the reply...
