I am 65 years old, run about 35 miles a week, golf twice a week, try to eat healthy , my blood pressure is low in the morning, 118/72, in the afternoon it's around 150/90, should I see my doctor about some medications? my weight is 165, been running about 35 years.

150/90 is high enough that it should be be checked out.

But before you go to the doctors you might want to have some readings in the early evening and also just before bed time.
