I have been trying to reduce my BP since December. I have lost 20 pds aand weigh 130 at 5'6". I am moving more but not exercising every day. I stay away from alot of salt. always have. I am not a big meat eater, never have been. I do enjoy an occasional ice cream or a slice of pie but maybe once every other week. I love veggies and fruit. My overall cholesterol is at 218. So it is high also. What can I do to make things more normal?
