when to go to the er???

i just had a baby delivered via c section on the 23rd as a result of high bp. since delivery my bp has been steadily climbing...yesterday and today it has been in the 180's over the 100's...my question is when should i go to the er...how high should i let it get...and can this wait untill monday btw i am 23 years old

Dear jamana71264, This is not normal and should be checked out immediately. Try to talk to the physician on call over the weekends for your doctor or go to an urgent care facility, because climbing blood pressure like yours can have serious consequences.
