While light drinking does not have much of an effect on BP (and can even reduce it in some people) heavy drinking will increase BP. And heavy drinking is also damaging to the heart and many other parts of the body.

No medical professional responds in this forum. But, if it was me, I would still take it.

However, talk to you doctor about taking the lisinopril at night. Studies have shown that in most people they have better BP control if their BP meds are taken at night.
