When my blood pressure increased, a doctor suggested cutting out processed foods (baked things, frozen, anything prepared, anything with food coloring, additives, etc.) and I did. I basically have been making everything from scratch and not eating any fast-food except salads. My pressure returned to normal in 2 weeks and I've lost 4 lbs in that time too. Is this something anyone else has experienced?
